Today, we’ll learn the right word for the part of our delicacies in Nigeria that we’ve been calling the wrong name.
Many call it ‘Abodi’ or ‘Inu eran’ or ’roundabout’. These names are wrong for the cooked intestine of an animal.
Instead of the names above, the right name is either ‘ Cow small intestine’ or ‘ Cow Reed’.
So from today on, please try to make sure you use the right word. Thanks!
