Operatives of Niger State Police Command have arrested a 37-year-old woman identified as Fatima Sani from Gobirawa village in Mashegu Local Government Area for allegedly stabbing her mother-in-law to death.
WITHIN NIGERIA learnt that the 70-year-old mother-in-law identified as Aishatu Umaru was reportedly stabbed by the suspect as a result of misunderstanding with her husband Sani Umaru which resulted in a divorce.
According to report, Fatima committed the said offence after accusing Umaru of instigating the divorce between her and her husband.

Bauchi has recorded one death as dispute between a young housewife and her husband ended fatal.
According Datti Assalafiy, who shared photos of the deceased and the suspect on Saturday April 25, the incident happened in Itas-Gadau Local Government Area of the state.
